JCI Surigao North was honored to take part in the celebration of the 79th Adlaw nan Tagana-an during the vibrant Sugba-Sugba Festival, last June 22, 2026, in the Municipality of Tagana-an, Surigao del Norte.We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Municipal Mayor Cesar Ian B. Diaz and Municipal Tourism Officer Aljohn Florence C.
