August 4, 2026

The North has shaped a leader. Now, the region is ready for his vision.

JCI Surigao North proudly stands in full support of our 2024 LO President, Eric M. Libay, for his candidacy as 2027 Regional Vice President for Northern Mindanao.

His passion for servant leadership, innovation, and meaningful impact has left a lasting legacy within our Local Organization. From the Young House of the North to the Northern Mindanao Region—a testament that leadership is never measured by age, but by vision, service, and impact. Though JCI Surigao North is one of the youngest Local Organizations, it continues to raise leaders who are ready to serve beyond its borders. With the full support of the House of the North, we believe Pres.

Eric is ready to lead the region with integrity, purpose, and excellence. Your JCI Surigao North family is with you every step of the way, Pres. Eric!
