JCI Surigao North proudly attended the 2026 State of Local Governance Report of Mayor Pablo Yves L. Dumlao II during the 26th Regular Session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Surigao, held last July 9, 2026, at the Surigao City Gymnasium.
