JCI Surigao North, led by our 2026 LO President Jemima S. Plaza, proudly attended the National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM) 2026 Kick-Off Ceremony hosted by the Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte through the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC).

Anchored on this year’s theme, “Naghahanda at Kumikilos Tungo sa Panatag na Bagong Pilipinas,” the event reaffirmed the importance of collaboration, preparedness, and proactive action in building safer and disaster-resilient communities. The program also featured the Ceremonial Signing of the Pledge of Commitment, symbolizing the collective dedication of participating organizations and stakeholders to strengthen disaster risk reduction, preparedness, and resilience initiatives across the province.JCI Surigao North remains steadfast in supporting initiatives that promote community resilience, sustainable partnerships, and responsible leadership.
