To strengthen JCI Surigao North as a resilient, inclusive, and purpose-driven organization by the end of 2025, by delivering impactful local projects, aligning with national programs, enhancing leadership capacity, achieving financial sustainability, promoting inclusive education, growing committed membership, and institutionalizing participatory systems that support full-time professionals in leading and serving with purpose.
A total of 2,340 individuals were meaningfully engaged through JCI Surigao North’s inclusive programs and partnerships under the leadership of Pres. Krystel Grace. This includes 340 members of the Sama Bajau community from the Huy-anan sa Badjao Eco-Village who benefited from literacy and leadership initiatives, and 50 children and parents from the Happy Life Foundation who received educational support. The chapter empowered 450 Batang Surigaonon youth through civic activities, engaged 800 Batang Surigaonon Scholars Club members in values-based leadership programs, and trained over 700 young individuals in various capacity-building sessions, advancing JCI’s mission of active citizenship and youth empowerment.
