Rooted in the belief that gender empowerment is a shared responsibility, Spectrum of Strength aimed to uplift marginalized identities through accessible, rights-based education and inclusive platforms. Each project under this umbrella contributed to the following SMART objectives: To increase legal literacy among at least 18 female port workers, including lesbians, regarding their rights under the Safe Spaces Act RA11313) and the Magna Carta of Women RA 9710) by the end of March 2025, through a two-part facilitated session. To provide entrepreneurial literacy to at least 20 Badjao women leaders in Surigao City by March 2025, equipping them with practical skills for microenterprise development and income sustainability. To raise public visibility and inclusivity for the LGBTQIA+ community by engaging a minimum of 300 participants in a Pride Month color run The Rainbow Rush) that celebrates diversity and generates funds for community social welfare initiatives by June 2025. To create sustained dialogue and participation on gender equality by fostering collaboration among civic groups, local government units, and private stakeholders through at least three coordinated initiatives in 2025. Each objective was designed with measurable results and was evaluated through attendance records, session feedback, fundraising outcomes, and post-event reflections.
