JCI Surigao North proudly attended the Regional Turnover and Special Regional Council Meeting (RCM) last December 14, 2025 at Cagayan de Oro City.
Congratulations to our ever dynamic 2025 Regional Vice President David Emmanuel Piol for his outstanding leadership and dedication throughout the past year. RVP David’s guidance and vision have inspired us to reach new heights and make a real difference in our communities. Thank you, RVP David!
