Northern Mindanao Regional Council Meeting Sets Strategic Vision in Surigao City

The JCI Philippines Northern Mindanao Regional Council Meeting convened in Surigao City, the City of Island Adventure, at the picturesque CM Cottages, Brgy. Ipil on February 9, 2025. Led by the 2025 Regional Vice President David Emmanuel T. Piol, this meeting was a crucial step in planning for the future and charting a course to build better communities across the region.
With 2025 LO President Atty. Krystel Grace L. Calderon-Buniel and Immediate Past President/Regional Secretary Eric M. Libay in attendance, the discussions were focused, productive, and driven by a shared commitment to build better and create positive change through JCIP Northern Mindanao’s initiatives.
