Kharen CaldoJCI Surigao Unites for Powerful Kick-Off of National Skills Development Month 2025
JCI Surigao Chapters’ National Skills Development Month commenced with a powerful collaborative effort! On February 1st, 2025 at Copper Room Hotel Tavern Surigao, JCI Surigao Wensie hosted a dynamic training session featuring JCI Philippines’ 2024 National Skills Development Director and 2021 LO President of JCI Surigao Wensie, Kristal Liza C. Besario, with JCI Surigao Nickel and JCI Surigao North providing invaluable support as co-hosts. The JCI Discover and JCI Explore trainings provided participants with practical insights and strategies for building future leaders, effective communication, and leadership development. The event fostered a collaborative atmosphere, encouraging participants to share experiences and learn from one another.
This successful kick-off sets a strong foundation for a month of impactful training initiatives.
