JCI Surigao North Project Management Training

JCI Surigao North just concluded today’s Project Management Training held at DOST PRISM Building, having our very own 2023 Vice President for Internationalism, Jemima S. Plaza, as the Resource Speaker.

It was an interactive training which enabled the participants to fully absorb and understand the standard steps on how to effectively plan, execute, monitor and evaluate a certain project based on the JCI Active Citizen Framework. Through this training, the members were equipped with the skills and tools needed to successfully manage and deliver projects, leading to improved project outcomes, increased project efficiency and better stakeholder satisfaction.

The skills and knowledge gained from this training will undoubtedly benefit the organization and its projects in the long run. Hoping all the participants had an enriching training experience!
