Growing Leaders, One Session at a Time

JCI Surigao North brings purpose, excellence, and global awareness to Surigao's brightest young minds.

Empowering excellence. Inspiring purpose. Shaping the future. ✨
The Batang Surigaonon Youthniversity (TOSS Class 002) became a powerful platform for leadership development as distinguished JCI leaders stepped forward to guide our young achievers in their journey of service and purpose.
Ramon Isagani S. Bautista III, 2024 Regional Vice President for Northern Mindanao and 2023 Local Organization President of JCI Surigao Nickel, laid a strong foundation by introducing the fundamentals of UNSDG 101—instilling in every batang surigaonon the importance of global goals and sustainable impact in local action.
Continuing the momentum, Shepheionn O. Carutcho, 2026 Local Awards Chair of JCI Surigao North, delivered a compelling session titled “What Comes After Excellence: Career Readiness for Outstanding Students,” challenging participants to move beyond academic achievement and prepare for purposeful careers.
Completing the leadership dialogue, our 2025 LO President, Atty. Krystel Grace Calderon-Buniel, inspired the youth with an empowering discussion on the vital role of young leaders in modern governance—reminding them that leadership is not a title, but a responsibility to serve.
Through meaningful mentorship and collaboration, JCI Surigao North proudly supports every batang surigaonon as they grow into values-driven, competent, and impact-oriented leaders of tomorrow. 🧡
