JCI Surigao North, led by 2026 LO President Jemima S. Plaza, continues to build meaningful collaborations that empower young leaders and foster innovation in Surigao del Norte. Through a strategic meeting with the WAVES Technology Business Incubator (TBI) of Surigao del Norte State University Main Campus, both institutions explored potential initiatives aimed at strengthening youth entrepreneurship and supporting the growth of innovative startups in the province.
The WAVES TBI team was represented by TBI Manager Dr. Stephinejane E. Musico, together with her core team members Engr. Gracechell Pascua, Ms. Jonarha Arong, and Mr. Felixberto Escobido, Jr.
The dialogue centered on aligning leadership development initiatives with structured startup support systems, mentorship opportunities, and innovation-driven community projects. By combining JCI’s leadership platform with WAVES TBI’s incubation and innovation programs, both organizations aim to create more intentional and scalable opportunities for young entrepreneurs.
As we continue our #JourneyOfServiceAndPurpose, JCI Surigao North remains committed to building partnerships that nurture innovation, empower youth leaders, and create sustainable impact for the community.
Thank you, Surigao del Norte State University Main Campus and DOST-SNSU WAVES TBI for always welcoming us.
